'Uddhav Thackeray..Tujhe Kya Lagta Hai,' Kangana Ranaut Tears Into Maharashtra CM Over Demolition Of Her Bandra Property

Kangana’s infuriated response comes after Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) razed parts of her residence and office in Bandra. She compared the situation to that of Kashmiri Pandits and announced that she will be making a movie on Kashmir as well.

After returning to her Khar residence in Mumbai  in a dramatic journey covered by Y+ security and followed by a huge number of supporters from Karni Sena , Kangana Ranaut launched a direct attack at Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, saying “tujhe kya lagta hai tune bahut bada badla liya hai” (what do you think, you’ve taken a revenge?) “Uddhav Thackeray, what do you think, that by colluding with the film mafia, and by demolishing my properties, you have taken a big revenge?, Ranaut said in a video message posted on Twitter. This ‘wheel of time’ is not always alike,” she said attacking the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. She goes on to say, “You have done me a favour, because earlier had an idea of what Kashmiri Pundits might have gone through, but after this incident I have felt their pain myself. Today I pledge that I will not only make a film on Ayodhya but also on Kashmir. Now is time to awaken the country and I will do so, because I always had a feeling that this was going to come upon us sooner or later” She again addressed CM Thackeray and said: “And Uddhav Thackeray, it’s good that you have displayed this cruelty and terror on me, because it means something. Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra.” Kangana’s  infuriated response comes after Brihanmumbai  Municipal Corporation (BMC) razed parts of her residence and office in Bandra. However, the Bombay High Court has put a stay on Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) demolition drive at her property in Mumbai. The order came after BMC already razed parts of Kangana's residence and damaged her office which is a part of her house in Bandra. The entire row started after Kangana compared Mumbai to PoK. The war of words aggravated to a ‘Kangana Ranaut versus the state of Maharashtra’ war, with state Home Minister Deshmukh ordering a probe into the actress' alleged statements that she consumed drugs. At her request, the Centre earlier this week decided to give her 'Y-plus' security. Even Union minister Ramdas Athawale on Tuesday said workers of his Republican Party of India (A) will provide protection to Ranaut when she reaches Mumbai.
