Gunshots Fired At Haryanvi Singer Rahul Fazilpuria In Gurugram, Escapes Unhurt

Bollywood and Haryanvi singer Rahul Fazilpuria had a close brush with danger on Monday, July 14, when gunfire broke out near his location in Gurugram.

Renowned Haryanvi and Bollywood singer Rahul Fazilpuria had a narrow escape on Monday, July 14, after unidentified assailants opened fire at him in Gurugram. The firing occurred as the singer was exiting his residential society in Sector 71 in his Toyota Fortuner.

Gunshots fired at Rahul Fazilpuria

According to sources, the attackers arrived in a Tata Harrier and fired two rounds at Fazilpuria's vehicle before fleeing the scene. The shocking incident unfolded near the Badshahpur area on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), a busy route in the city. Fortunately, the singer was unharmed in the attack.

Sources close to the matter revealed that Fazilpuria had previously requested police protection after receiving threats. The Haryana Police had deployed two security personnel for his safety. However, the protection was reportedly withdrawn just days before the shooting incident.

Following the gunfire, Gurugram police have launched an investigation into the matter.
