Vidya Balan Keeps Dancing After Tripping Mid-Performance In Ami Je Tomar 3.0, Watch Madhuri Dixit's Reaction

Vidya Balan stumbled during the performance with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ co-star Madhuri Dixit but continued dancing smoothly.

Actors Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan delighted fans as they danced together on stage to their new song, ‘Ami Je Tomar 3.0’, from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, at a Mumbai event. The song revives Vidya’s iconic character, Manjulika, from the original 2007 film. Fans and media gathered at the Royal Opera House to watch the two stars share the stage.

Vidya Balan falls while dancing with Madhuri Dixit

In a clip shared on Instagram, Vidya stumbled during the performance but continued dancing smoothly. She moved closer to Madhuri, who guided her through the rest of the steps, receiving applause from the audience as they finished.

Afterward, Vidya shared how she’d always dreamed of dancing with Madhuri, inspired by Madhuri's performance in ‘Ek Do Teen’ from ‘Tezaab’. She said, “Today, one of my dreams came true. I fell, but Madhuri handled it so gracefully… she is truly Madhuri Dixit.”

The new version of ‘Ami Je Tomar’, sung by Shreya Ghoshal with choreography by Chinni Prakash, has lyrics by Sameer and music by Pritam and Amaal Mallik, giving a fresh take on the haunting classic.

Directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ continues its horror-comedy legacy. Starring Madhuri, Vidya, Kartik Aaryan, Triptii Dimri, Rajpal Yadav, and Sanjay Mishra, the film releases on November 1, facing tough competition from Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’.
