New Delhi: Taapsee Pannu chose not to speak on the news that she is getting married to her longtime partner Mathias Boe in March this year. On Wednesday, the actor stated that she has never shared any details about her personal life. Taapsee has kept a low profile on her relationships, even though the two have been dating for a while.
According to an NDTV report, Taapsee is planning a lavish wedding with Mathias in Udaipur. It further stated that the event would be an intimate affair with no major Bollywood A-listers expected. Apart from that, it was also suggested that the pair exchange vows in a wonderful ceremony that would beautifully weave together Sikhism and Christianity.
As per the Bombay Times, Taapsee has now responded to the rumours by saying, “I have never given any clarification regarding my personal life and I never will.”
Taapsee Pannu has been dating the coach of India's badminton squad for about a decade now. The actor recently opened up about her relationship, telling podcast host Raj Shamani that she met Mathias while filming her debut film, 'Chashme Baddoor', in 2013.
“I have been with the same person since then and I have no thoughts of leaving him or being with anyone else because I am way too happy in the relationship,” she said.
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's 'Dunki'. Shah Rukh Khan starred in the film, which was released in December 2023. The film was a hit and grossed more than Rs 450 crore at the global box office.
Taapsee will next appear in 'Woh Ladki Hai Kahan', a comedy-drama film. Apart from that, the long-anticipated sequel to 'Haseen Dillruba' is in the making. Taapsee will star alongside Vikrant Massey, Sunny Kaushal, and Jimmy Shergill in the film 'Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba'.
