Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan were one of Bollywood's power couples for the longest time. Hrithik married his childhood sweetheart Sussanne soon after his film debut in 2000. However, the two divorced after 14 years of marriage but continue to co-parent their sons and are on mutually cordial terms. Many fans are impressed with how Sussanne and Hrithik continue to cheer for each other, and have no visible animosity between the two of them. 

In a recent interaction, Hrithik's filmmaker father Rakesh Roshan shared that despite Sussanne not being a part of Hrithik Roshan's life, she still is a member of their household.

In an interaction with Yuvaa, Rakesh said, "Whatever has happened has happened between the couple, for me Sussanne is Sussanne. They were the ones who fell in love, they were the ones who had a misunderstanding, and they have to solve it. For us, she came to our house, and she is still a member of the house.”

Sussanne and Hrithik never spoke about the reasons behind their divorce. Sussanne is now dating Arslan Goni and Hrithik is now dating Saba Azad. The four of them are also seen partying together and sharing pictures with each other on social media. 

Rakesh Roshan’s equation with his kids

In the same interaction, Rakesh Roshan also admitted that he and his son are 'friends'. When he was asked if Hrithik ever discussed his relationships with him, Rakesh shared, "Hrithik and my daughter are a little scared of me. I don’t know, maybe because I am a well disciplined man. I am not a short tempered person, I am not a person who will scold anybody but I am very disciplined.”

He also added that he got married at a young age and had kids when he was still in his 20s, so now they are all friends at home. "When they were little, they wouldn’t talk to me openly, now they do. Now we are like friends at home.”
