Actor Anupam Kher congratulated her on social media, referring to her as a "rockstar." In the meantime, actor Esha Deol celebrated her mother, Hema Malini, on winning the Lok Sabha elections in Mathura for the third consecutive time.

According to the Election Commission of India, Kangana Ranaut won the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh on her electoral debut by a margin of 74,755 votes. She competed against Congress' Vikramaditya Singh, the son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

Hema Malini secured a significant victory against Congress candidate Mukesh Dhanger in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha election. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, she won the Mathura constituency by a margin of 22.65% against RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary. She repeated her success in 2019, achieving a 60.88% vote share against Kunwar Narendra Singh of the RLD.
