Kareena Kapoor is taking time to reflect on life. She shared a cryptic note on Instagram about the challenges of marriage, divorce, anxiety, childbirth, parenting, and loss. She also mentioned that personal assumptions don’t define reality, hinting at her own experiences.

Taking to Instagram, Kareena posted the message. “You’ll never truly understand – Marriages, Divorces, Anxieties, Childbirth, Death of a loved one, Parenting. Until it happens to you, Theories and assumptions of situations in life are not realities. You think you are smarter than most until life humbles you when it’s your turn," her post read. 

This comes after a difficult time for the Khan family, following an intruder attack on Kareena’s husband, Saif Ali Khan, at their Mumbai residence. Kareena's statement after Saif Ali Khan's knife attack

Kareena issued a statement after the attack which read: "It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage." 

"While we appreciate the concern and support, the constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request that you respect our boundaries and give us the space we need to heal and cope as a family.
