In a recent video, we see Kareena becoming an inspiration for all her fans as she rings in an intense workout including push-ups and leg exercises.
Kareena's fitness coach who also trains actors like Soha Ali Khan and Suriya took to Instagram to give a glimpse of Kareena's intense workout before she heads to IIFA 2025. Sharing the video, he wrote, "Workouts with some twists….. and yes slowly but surely we are getting better”.

In the video, we see Kareena undergo a session of strength training with core exercises including pushups, kicks and a headstand. The trainer's post was flooded with admiration for Kareena's attitude towards fitness and her commitment to it.
