Kareena Kapoor Khan is not just one of the most inspirational actors out there but also happens to be the fittest actors in Bollywood. The actress puts in a lot of effort to stay strong and healthy. In a recent video, we see Kareena becoming an inspiration for all her fans as she rings in an intense workout including push-ups and leg exercises. 

Kareena's fitness coach who also trains actors like Soha Ali Khan and Suriya took to Instagram to give a glimpse of Kareena's intense workout before she heads to IIFA 2025. Sharing the video, he wrote, "Workouts with some twists….. and yes slowly but surely we are getting better”.

Kareena’s strength training session

In the video, we see Kareena undergo a session of strength training with core exercises including pushups, kicks and a headstand. The trainer's post was flooded with admiration for Kareena's attitude towards fitness and her commitment to it. 

“Isn’t she ethereal? This training is unparalleled in its excellence,” a ser wrote. While another commented, "She's getting fitter and more”, while another wrote, "A true Inspiration for many." A comment read, "She is looking healthier. Thank you sir”.
