Actor Gulshan Devaiah recently sparked speculations by posting a cryptic Instagram story. Taking to Instagram, the actor reposted an image from the account @sarcasmlover_best, which showed a nose artwork. “Accepting your nose is the first step to self-love,” the caption read.

Gulshan expressed his views by writing, "But... the rhinoplasty surgeon says I'll breathe better." Fans were left wondering whether the actor was subtly criticising the common cosmetic surgery culture in Bollywood. Reddit users were soon intrigued by the story's screenshot, which sparked speculations about the actor's possible target.

Many internet users concluded that Gulshan was making a subtle nod to his ‘Ulajh’ co-star Janhvi Kapoor. The latter has regularly been in the spotlight of rumours involving plastic surgery, especially rhinoplasty.

In the comments section of the Reddit post, an user wrote, “Sometimes it's not about breathing better; sometimes the doctor "accidentally" chops your nose off. Ask Priyanka!” Another commented, “He is not shading Janhvi guys. You all need to calm down. Janhvi isn’t the only one with the nose job in this industry. He is done with the whole Janhvi topic but it’s her PR that will somehow connect everything to Gulshan. According to them, Gulshan is secretly in love with her, jealous of her, is trying to get fame using her name.
