Diljit Dosanjh Shares His Experience Of Travelling First Class, Says He Didn’t Know Economy Class Exists

In a recent interview, Diljit Dosanjh confessed he had no idea economy class existed.

New Delhi: Diljit Dosanjh has been promoting his upcoming Punjabi film 'Jatt & Juliet 3' with Neeru Bajwa. In an interview with Kamiya Jani on Curly Tales, he shared his first experience of flying internationally. Actor and musician Diljit Dosanjh spoke about his first-class travel experience in a hilarious and honest way. Famous for his easygoing demeanour and quick wit, the celebrity confessed he had no idea economy class existed.

Diljit Dosanjh was asked about his first international flight. He shared, “We went to Canada in 2005 and the flight got cancelled. The first Air India flight got cancelled. I said it was my luck that the first flight got cancelled. We had a show so we had to go. After that, the next flight had no ticket or seat. There were only first class seats. So when I travelled for the first time, I travelled in first class.”

He recounted his initial presumption that the entire aircraft was first class, only to later discover the existence of economy class. “I thought the whole plane is like this. Later, I came to know that there is an economy class. Then it took time to come from economy to first class,” Diljit added.

Diljit also encouraged travelling according to one's needs. He disagreed with the notion that once you experience first class, economy class becomes less enjoyable.

He said, “No, I don't want to say like this. So, one should travel according to his needs. There is no need to worry. You should travel according to your needs. If any such situation comes, then I can also travel (in the economy). There is no tension. It's a matter of time. You should not restrict yourself that I am like this. I go like this. I do like this.”

Diljit Dosanjh’s Upcoming Film
