At 85, Helen is proving age is just a number. In a video recently shared by celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, she’s seen doing Pilates, jumping on a trampoline, and moving with the same grace that made her a legend.

“Hi, I am a girl of 85, and because of Pilates,” Helen says with a wide smile at the start of the video. Yasmin captioned the post: “At 85, Helen Khan is doing things most wouldn’t even try. From climbing stairs without a cane to trampoline jumps and dancing on Monica Oh My Darling—she’s just unstoppable. Living proof that Pilates keeps you young!”

The video shows Helen bouncing on a trampoline, clearly enjoying herself. She jokingly mentions “Bending it like Beckham” before moving on to one of the toughest exercises of her routine. With Yasmin’s help, she smoothly does sit-ups using a gym ball and a pull-up machine, showing surprising strength and balance.
