New Delhi: Ace rapper and singer Badshah has always kept his private life low-key and has not spoken about it much. The singer is separated from his wife Jasmine for two years now. According to the latest buzz, Badshah is reportedly dating Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi, who is based out of Chandigarh.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, he has been dating Isha for over a year and his family knows about their relationship. "It's been a year that rapper is seeing a Punjabi actress. Badshah met Isha Rikhi at a party of their common friend. The lovebirds instantly hit it off. At a party, they figured out that they have familiar taste in films and music, so they vibed together. The couple wants to take things slowly as of now. But as a matter of fact, Badshah and Isha have already told about their relationship to their respective families. And everyone is happy about it," a source was quoted as saying by Pinkvilla.
Badshah’s marriage reportedly hit a rough patch in 2019 and during the lockdown, Jasmine was staying separately in Punjab. He has a daughter Jessemy Grace Masih Singh with his former wife. Post the pandemic, Jasmine reportedly shifted base to London along with their daughter.
Recently in one of the episodes of ‘Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood’, Badshah had said that he is single and Karan Johar had tried to set him up with Seema Sajdeh, Sohail Khan’s ex-wife.
On the work front, Badshah recently collaborated with Latio superstar J, Balvin for the song 'Voodoo'.
The song was used to launch Apple's new AirPods Pro at its far-out event, making it an even more special and proud moment for India. Talking about the integration, Badshah had said: "I had absolutely no idea that my song Voodoo was going to be played for Apple's keynote event. when I heard it I thought it was played only for the Indian market so I checked my setting to confirm but then got to know that it's just 1 event streamed live worldwide.”
Badshah added: "This collaboration of mine on 'Voodoo' with J. Balvin who's the biggest Latino superstar is extremely groundbreaking and very important for the Indian music industry and for my career as well."
