Alia Bhatt To A R Rahman, Celebs Hail 'RRR' For Its Big Win With 'Naatu Naatu' Song At Golden Globe Awards
The song 'Naatu Naatu' packed with some terrific dance moves by the protagonists Jr NTR and Ram Charan, won the Best Original Song in the Motion Picture category at the 80th Golden Globe Awards.
New Delhi: Filmmaker SS Rajamouli and his team is on cloud nine as his magnum opus epic drama 'RRR' adds one more feather to its cap with its song 'Naatu Naatu' becoming the first ever asian song to win the prestigious Golden Globe Award. The energetic song 'Naatu Naatu' packed with some terrific dance moves by the protagonists Jr NTR and Ram Charan, won the title of the Best Original Song in the Motion Picture category at the 80th Golden Globe Awards.
With 'RRR' making global history with its big win, several popular celebrities took to their social media handles to express their joy and congratulate the cast on bringing home the prestigious award.
Academy Award winning music composer A R Rahman hailed the 'RRR' team and extended his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of all Indians. He tweeted, "Incredible ..Paradigm shift. Congrats Keeravani Garu from all Indians and your fans! Congrats SS Rajamouli Garu and the whole RRR team!"
