'83' Trailer Out, Ranveer And His Team Recreate The Iconic World Cup Win In 1983

The makers have dropped the trailer of the much-awaited Ranveer Singh starrer film '83'.

New Delhi: It's time for Ranveer Singh's fans to rejoice as the makers of the much-awaited film '83' have released the official trailer today, on November 30. Audience's excitement had already been amped by the teaser itself. Ranveer Singh promises a stellar performance in the film through his compelling looks bearing stark resemblance to ace cricketer Kapil Dev. 

The trailer brilliantly encapsulates the emotions that the Indian team must have had during the historic win at the World Cup in 1983. Ranveer's transformation as Kapil Dev is worth all the wait and applause. The film's entire cast is sure to stir emotions, taking the viewers back in the year 1983.

Ranveer Singh's team comprises of Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Jiiva, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinkar Sharma, Ammy Virk and Harrdy Sandhu among others. Deepika as Kapil Dev's wife Romi looks equally compelling. Pankaj Tripathi is once again all set to spread his charm.

The much-anticipated cricket drama will hit the theatres on December 24, 2021. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film will also be produced in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
