UGC NET December 2023 Result Releasing Tomorrow On ugcnet.nta.ac.in
The UGC NET December 2023 Results will be released tomorrow along with the final answer key for the exam.
Attention candidates! The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the result for the UGC NET December 2023 Exam tomorrow, January 17, 2024. Soon after the declaration of the results, candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check their UGC NET December 2023 Results on the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in, using their login credentials like registration number and date of birth. Along with the results, the NTA will also release the UGC NET Final Answer Key 2023.
After the announcement of the UGC NET 2024 Results, the UGC will also issue e-certificates and JRF award letters to successful candidates which will be available for download through candidate login on the official website. The jRF certificates shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of issuance.
Notably, earlier last week, the NTA revised the release date of the UGC NET December 2023 result to January 17, due to Cyclone Michaung in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh. As per the previous schedule, the UGC NET December 2023 Results were scheduled to be released on January 10, 2024.
Candidates may note that the UGC NET Results will be based on a score normalisation process followed by the NTA to determine the performance of candidates in the exam, where the actual marks scored by the candidates shall be converted into percentile.
Earlier, the NTA conducted the UGC NET December 2023 Exam on December 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2023, in the online CBT (Computer based test) mode. The exam was held at around 292 exam centres across the country. The UGC NET December December 2023 Exam was held for a total of 83 subjects. Notably, the NTA UGC NET Exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of suitable candidates for ‘Assistant professorship,’ and ‘Junior Research Fellowship.’ For more details on the UGC NET Exam, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
