TS LAWCET 2023: Counselling Delayed Again, Notification To Be Released In November

As per a notice on the official website, the TS LAWCET Counselling 2023 Notification will be released in November 2023.

The Osmania University, Hyderabad, has delayed the counselling process for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET 2023) once again. As per the latest announcement, the TS LAWCET Counselling Notification 2023 will be released in November 2023. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) notified the latest update to the TS LAWCET Counselling 2023 through a notice on its official website. “Counseling/Admission Notification will be Released by TSCHE Tentatively in the Month of November,” reads the notice. 

Notably, the Osmania University released TS LAWCET Result 2023 on June 15 this year. A total of 36,218 candidates appeared for the Telangana Law Entrance Exam, out of which, 29,049 candidates cleared the exam. The TS LAWCET and the TS PGLCET (Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test) on May 25, 2023. The exam was conducted by the Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). 

The TS LAWCET 2023 Exam was conducted in English/Telugu, and English/Urdu languages. However, the TS PGLCET 2023 Exam was conducted in the English language only. For the TS LAWCET Exam, for the 3-year LLB course, candidates with a graduate degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply, while for the 5-year Integrated LLB programme, candidates who have passed their Class 12th from a recognised board are eligible to apply.

TS LAWCET And TS PGLCET Exams

Notably, the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET Exams are conducted every year at the Telangana state-level for screening candidates for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes, offered by several universities, colleges and institutions across the state of Telangana. 

The TS LAWCET Exam is conducted for shortlisting for 3-year LLB and 5-Year B.A LLB courses whereas the TS PGLCET Exam is conducted for admissions into LLM programmes. For more details on the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2023 Exams, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
