About Rozgar Mela

A Rozgar Mela is an event where multiple employers and job seekers gather with the purpose of job applications and interviews. More precisely, it serves as a recruitment strategy to facilitate quick connections between employers and prospective employees.

Rozgar Melas are often organized in large venues with individual booths for each employer. These booths usually have tables displaying company brochures and information, staffed by representatives who engage with job seekers. Many companies also decorate their booths with banners and signage to attract attention.
