NTA Extends NCET 2023 Application Deadline Till July 25, Apply Now On ncet.samarth.ac.in

Candidates can submit their NCET 2023 Applications online on ncet.samarth.ac.in, till July 25, 11:30 PM.

The National Testing Agency has extended the application deadline for the NCET (National Common Entrance Test) 2023 till 11:30 PM, July 25. Interested and eligible candidates who are yet to submit their registration cum application forms for the NCET 2023 Exam can do the same on the official website - ncet.samarth.ac.in, before the deadline ends. Following the closure of the online application window, candidates will also be able to make changes/edit their applications on the official website from July 26 to 27, 2023. 

The NTA notified the extension of the NCET 2023 Registration Deadline through a notice on its official website. “To ensure that candidates who want to appear for NCET 2023 should be able to apply for the same without any difficulty, it has been decided to extend the online Application Form for the NCET 2023.” reads the notice. As per the previous schedule, the online application process for the NCET 2023 Exam was scheduled to close on July 19, 2023.

Notably, the NTA will conduct the NCET 2023 Exam to shortlist suitable and eligible candidates for admissions into four-year integrated teacher education programme (ITEP) in several Central and State Universities including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges. 

Candidates must also note that the NTA NCET 2023 Exam will be held in 12 regional languages including Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The exam will be held in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode and the exam paper will consist of 160 objective questions. Candidates who have completed their CLass 12 from a recognized board or university are eligible to apply for the NTA CUET 2023 Exam. 

At the time of submitting NCET 2023 Applications, candidates from the Unreserved categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 1, 200, while candidates from the OBC- (NCL)/ EWS categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000. The NCET 2023 Application Fee for candidates from SC/ST/PwBD/ Third gender categories is Rs 650. NCET 2023 Exam: Steps To Apply 

  • Visit the official website - ncet.samarth.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on register button’
  • Check the acknowledgement box and click on ‘proceed to registration’
  • In the new page that opens, fill in the registration form with all required details, and click on ‘submit’
  • Fill the application form and upload relevant documents
  • Pay the application fee and submit the form
  • Download the application confirmation page for reference
