NEET UG 2023 Registration Window To Close On April 6, Know How To Apply

The NEET UG Application form is available on the application form on the official website of NEET – neet.nta.nic.in.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) registration window will close on 6 April. Candidates who are yet to apply can fill the application form on the official website of NEET – neet.nta.nic.in. NEET UG examination is scheduled for May 7, 2023. The NEET 2023 exam will have a duration of 3 hours and 20 minutes and will start at 2:00 pm and end at 5:20 pm.

NEET (UG) – 2023 will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. 

The Entrance Test shall consist of 200 multiple-choice questions (four options with a single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). 50 questions in each subject will be divided into two Sections (A and B). 

According to the guidelines, candidates must provide proof of their present and permanent addresses while applying for the exam. Acceptable documents include Aadhar card, domicile certificate, passport, voter ID, among others. Candidates are required to merge both documents (if applicable) into a single PDF file and upload it. If a candidate's present and permanent addresses are the same, then a single document will suffice.

NEET UG Registration: How To Apply?

The steps to register for NEET UG 2023 are as follows:

Step 1: Go to the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the NEET UG 2023 registration link on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in the application form with the relevant details.

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of the required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 5: Submit the application form and download a copy for future reference.

Step 6: Take a printout of the same.

Application Fees:

For General category candidates, the fee is ₹1,700, for General-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates, the fee is ₹1,600, and for SC, ST, PwBD, and third gender candidates, the fee is ₹1,000. Candidates outside of India are required to pay ₹9,500, regardless of their category. Candidates are also responsible for paying processing fees and GST in addition to the application fee.
