NEET UG 2021 Exam: Application Process Likely To Begin Soon

NEET UG 2021 Exam: The official website for the NEET (UG) 2021 is activated. Once the application process begins, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for the NEET 2021 examination online at neet.nta.nic.in. 

NEET UG 2021 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) soon on its official website. The official website for the NEET (UG) 2021 is activated. Once the application process begins, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for the NEET 2021 examination online at neet.nta.nic.in. 

According to the schedule, the NEET (UG) 2021 examination is scheduled to be conducted on August 1, 2021. However, in view of the covid-19 pandemic, the scheduled date for the NEET (UG) 2021 examination is expected to be postponed. "A review meeting is likely to be conducted soon to decide on the schedule of the pending editions of JEE-Mains and whether NEET-UG can be conducted on August 1," a source was quoted by PTI in its report. 

Age limit:

Candidates must be between 17 to 25 years old as on or before December 31, 2021. However, the upper age relaxation will be allotted to the reserved category as per the Government of India norms and regulations. 

Educational requirement: 

A candidate applying for the NEET (UG) 2021 entrance examination should have passed the class 12 board exam with biology, physics, and chemistry as the main subjects.

Number of Attempts: 

Candidates are permitted to attempt the NEET (UG) 2021 entrance examination as many times as they want until they hit the upper age limit.

 The agency conducts the NEET (UG) entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate medical courses including MBBS, BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), AYUSH and BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) across India.
