NEET PG 2024 Counselling Schedule Soon; Merit List & Cut-Off Marks Released For 50% Seats

NEET PG 2024 Counselling Schedule: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon release the NEET PG 2024 counselling dates on its official website, mcc.nic.in. Students are advised to regularly check both mcc.nic.in and nbe.edu.in for updates on counselling schedule. MCC will conduct NEET PG 2024 counselling for 50% AIQ seats across government, private, and government-aided colleges. The detailed counselling schedule will be available on the MCC website. After registering, candidates must select and lock their preferred colleges and courses within the given timeframe. Seat allotment will be based on several factors, including the candidate's NEET PG rank, seat availability, and the choices made during the selection process.

Meanwhile, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) released the NEET PG 2024 merit list for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The list includes admissions for Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Post Graduate Diploma Courses, Post MBBS Diplomate of National Board (DNB), Direct 6-year Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) Courses, and National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) Diploma Courses for the 2024-25 academic session.

"The merit list in respect of admission to All India 50% quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses/Post MBBS DNB/ Direct 6 years DrNB Courses and NBEMS Diploma Courses (2024-25 admission session) has been declared and can be seen at NBEMS website/NEET-PG website - natboard.edu.in, nbe.edu.in," the NBE said in a notice.

NEET PG 2024 was held on August 11, 2024, with the results announced on August 23, 2024.

NEET PG 2024 Cut Off

The cut-off percentile for All India 50% quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses, Post MBBS DNB, Direct 6-year DrNB Courses, and NBEMS Diploma Courses for the 2024-25 admission session is as follows:

• General/EWS: 50th Percentile
• General-PwBD: 45th Percentile
• SC/ST/OBC (including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC): 40th Percentile

NEET-PG 2024 candidates with percentile at or above cut-off percentile score mentioned above in their respective categories are eligible to participate in the counseling for All India 50% quota MD/MS/PG Diploma/ Post MBBS DNB/ Direct 6 years DrNB and NBEMS Diploma seats to be conducted by DGHS, MoHFW.
