KCET 2023: Application Process Begins On kea.kar.nic.in: Know How To Apply Online

Interested candidates can apply for KCET 2023 on kea.kar.nic.in till April 5, 2023. Exam is to be held on May 20 and 21.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the application process for KCET 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their KCET 2023 application forms online on the official website - kea.kar.nic.in. The deadline to apply for KCET 2023 is April 5, while the last date to pay the application fee is April 7, 2023. 

Notably, the KEA announced the KCET 2023 Exam Dates on february 27, 2023. As per the official announcement, the KEA will conduct the KCET 2023 Exam on May 20 and May 21, 2023. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: 10:30 AM to 11:50 PM, and 02:30 PM to 03:50 PM. The KCET 2023 Admit Cards will be released on May 5, while the KCET 2023 Results will be tentatively announced on June 12, 2023. 

The KEA will also conduct the Kannada Language Test on May 22, 2023, from 11:30 Am to 12:30 PM. The Kannada Language Test will be conducted for candidates who claim eligibility for Government seats under Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses and whose mother tongue is Kannada, Tulu or Kodava. The Kannada Language Test will be held only at centres located in Bidar, Belagavi, Ballary, Bijapura, Mangalore, and Bengaluru.

The KCET is an annual state-level entrance exam conducted by the KEA for admissions into undergraduate courses offered by various colleges, universities, and higher institutions across the state of Karnataka. Last year, the KCET 2022 registration count was 2,16,559, where 2,10,829 students appeared for the test.
