Karnataka PGCET, DCET 2020 Exams Postponed, Deadline To Apply Extended; Check Revised Dates

Karnataka Exam Authority (KEA) has announced a revised schedule for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test 2020 (Karnataka PGCET 2020), and Diploma CET 2020 (DCET 2020). According to the latest development, KEA has also extended the application deadline for the two CET exams. ALSO READ | CBSE To Conduct Compartment Exams For Class 10 And 12 In September; Check All Details Here The Karnataka PGCET 2020 was earlier scheduled on August 8 and 9; and Karnataka DCET was scheduled on August 9. Now, both the entrance exams had been postponed in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. As per the official notice issued by the authorities, now the Karnataka PGCET 2020 will be conducted on October 6 and 7; and Karnataka DCET 2020 will be conducted on October 7. Moreover, the deadline to apply for Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test  and Diploma CET 2020 has also been extended. Candidates who were not able to apply for PGCET 2020 and DCET 2020 before have another chance to apply for the same. As per the notice, the candidates can apply for PGCET 2020 and DCET 2020 after 2 pm on August 14 and up to 5:30 pm on August 20. KEA also announced that the last date to pay the application fee is August 21. The exam will be of 100 marks. TYPE B Course Exams: The exams for Type B - ME/M Tech and M Arch courses will be conducted from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on October 6. The exam will be of 100 marks. MCA Admission To First Year/ First Semester: Exams for admission to MCA first year/ first semester program will conducted from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm on October 7. The exam will be of 100 marks. MBA Admission To First Year/ First Semester: Exams for admission to MBA first year/ first semester program will conducted from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm on October 7. The exam will be of 100 marks.
