JNU Convocation 2021: JNU To Hold 5th Convocation Virtually On Sept 30

JNU 5th Convocation 2021: JNU Convocation 2021 is being held on 30th September i.e. tomorrow. Jawaharlal Nehru University will hold its 5th convocation virtually for Ph.D. students.

JNU 5th Convocation 2021: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Convocation 2021 for Ph.D. students will be held virtually on 30th September 2021. The university will hold its 5th convocation from 2:30 pm. The date and time for this has already been confirmed.

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to be the Chief Guest.

Many dignitaries will attend the JNU Convocation 2021. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will be the chief guest for the event. The announcement of the convocation was made by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Mamidala Jagdish Kumar. He wrote on Twitter, "The 5th convocation of JNU will be held virtually on September 30, 2021. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is the chief guest. The convocation can be viewed at this link: https://facebook.com/officialjnu."

JNU There will be live streaming of the 5th convocation event on the Facebook page.

It may be noted that the 5th convocation of Jawaharlal Nehru University will be telecast live on the Facebook page. The Chancellor of the University, Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat will address the event.  This event is for Ph.D. students who have completed their degrees between 15 September to 16 October 2021.

Students have paid registration fee for convocation.

Students were asked to register on the official website to be a part of the convocation. They also had to pay Rs 800 as the registration fee along with a proforma by September 20, 2021. The program will conclude with a vote of thanks by Professor Ravikesh, the Registrar of the University.
