HP PAT 2023: Counselling Registration To Begin Today On hptechboard.com, Apply By June 30

Candidates who have qualified in the HP PAT 2023 Exam can register for the HP PAT Counselling 2023 by June 30, 2023.

The Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board (HP Tech Board) will start the registration process for HP PAT Counselling 2023. Candidates who have qualified the HP PAT Exam will be required to register and participate in the HP PAT Counselling 2023 for admissions. The HP PAT 2023 Counselling Registrations shall be done in the online mode only on the official website - hptechboard.com. After registering for the counselling round, candidates will be required to fill their choices, wait for the seat allotment, and then report at the allotted institution for document verification and further process. 

The HP Tech Board notified the commencement of the HP PAT Counselling Registration 2023 for admissions into Diploma in Engineering, Lateral Entry in Diploma in Engineering, and Diploma in Pharmacy, through a notice on its official website. The counselling will be held in multiple rounds, where after every subsequent round, candidates will be required to report at allotted college for document verification/submission, payment of fees, and locking of seats. As notified by the board, the timeline for document submission, and college/course choices is as follows: 

1. Diploma in Engineering - June 14 to June 30
2. Lateral Entry in Diploma in Engineering - June 15 to June 23
3. Diploma in Pharmacy - June 12 to June 26

Earlier on June 1, 2023, the HP Tech Board announced the HP PAT Result 2023. The HP Tech Board conducted the HP PAT 2023 Exam in a single shift on May 21, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. 

Notably, the HP Tech Board also conducted the HP LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) 2023 Exam on the very same day as the HP PAT 2023 Exam. The HP Tech Board conducts the state-level HP PAT Exam annually to shortlist candidates for admission into polytechnic programmes offered by several colleges across Himachal Pradesh. The HP LEET Exam on the other hand is conducted for lateral entry admissions into Polytechnic programmes.
