GSEB HSC Science Result 2019 Declared; 71.90 % Pass, down by 1.09 % than 2018

GSEB HSC Science Result 2019: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has announced the Gujarat Board Class 12th Result 2019.

GSEB HSC Science Result 2019: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has announced the Gujarat Board Class 12th Result 2019 for Science stream students today. The overall pass percentage has declined by 1.09% as 71.90% students are declared pass in 2019, as compared to 72.99% in 2018. The State Education Minister, Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasama announced the GSEB Results 2019 for HSC Science at its Headquarters in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. A total of 1,23,000 students had appeared for the GSEB HSC Science Exams 2019 for Group A, B and AB, out of which 89,060 students have cleared the exam. GSEB had organized the Class 12th Science exams from 7th to 16th March 2019, earlier this year. District-wise, Rajkot district has achieved the highest pass percentage of 84.47%, while Chhota Udepur district recorded the lowest pass percentage with 29.81% students passing today. Gender-wise, girl students kept the past trends by surpassing boys with a difference of 0.18%. The pass percentage of girls was recorded at 72.01% today, while boys followed at 71.83%. In 2018, 74.91% girls and 71.84% boys had passed their HSC exams in science stream. Last year, GSEB had recorded its lowest pass percentage in five years, witnessing a steep decline of 9% with 72.99% students clearing the exam in 2018, vis a vis 81.89% pass percent in 2017. As the results of Gujarat Board HSC Science Group A (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects), Group B (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects), and Group AB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) are out, students can plan their college admissions for the academic year 2019-20. Students who had appeared for GUJCET 2019 on Friday, 26th April, 2019 can also check their result at gseb.org. Qualifying GUJCET 2019 will open the gateways of various B.E./B.Tech and Pharmacy (degree/diploma) programmes for the Gujarat HSC Science students. How to check GSEB HSC Science Result 2019? Step 1 – Visit the official website – http://gseb.org/ Step 2 – Click on the notification that reads, ‘Click Here to go GSEB Board Website’ Step 3 – Click on the result you wish to check viz ‘HSC (Science) Examination Result March 2019’ or ‘GUJCET 2019 Result’ Step 4 – Select your Group and enter your six-digit Seat Number for HSC Science result / enter your Hall Ticket number for GUJCET 2019 result Step 5 – Your result will be displayed Step 6 – Download your result and take a printout for further reference
