DU UG Admission 2023: CSAS Phase 2 Preference Filling Last Date Today

DU Admission 2023: Students can fill their choices of programmes and colleges on the official CSAS portal, ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

The University of Delhi (DU) will close the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) phase 1 for registration and phase 2 for filling online preferences for courses and colleges today, July 24. Candidates who are yet to register can fill the application form and those who have already registered can fill their choices of programmes and colleges on the official CSAS portal, ugadmission.uod.ac.in. Candidates are informed that their filled preferences will be automatically locked by July 27. To increase their chances of admission, the university has advised candidates to select the maximum number of preferences.

On July 29, the first simulated list will be announced, giving candidates an idea of their potential allocations. Any changes to preferences can be made until July 30. The first CSAS allocation list will be published on August 1, indicating the allocated seats for each candidate. Those who receive allocations must confirm their acceptance by August 4.

DU UG Admission 2023: How To Fill Preferences?

To fill preferences for DU UG Admission 2023, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official admission portal for DU UG Admission 2023 at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
  • Log in to your account using your CUET UG 2023 application number and password.
  • Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Preference Selection" section.
  • In the "Preference Selection" section, you will find the "Available Preferences" tab, which displays all the possible program + college combinations.
  • To make it easier to choose your preferences, utilize the "Advanced Filter" option available at the top. This will help you filter and narrow down the colleges and programs you are interested in.
  • Now, choose and order your preferences based on your preference. The order in which you select them will determine the preference priority.
  • If you wish to change the order of your preferences, you can use the "Top / Bottom / Preference Number" icons to reorder them as per your liking.

  • After finalizing your preferences, they will be reflected in the "Selected Preferences" tab.
  • Take a moment to review your preference order carefully to ensure it aligns with your choices and preferences.
  • Once you are satisfied with your preference order, click on "Save Changes" to submit your preferences.
