Delhi Nursery Admission 2025: Official Schedule Released, Registration From November 28
The Department of Education, Delhi has announced the schedule for nursery admission for the academic session 2025-26.
The Directorate of Education, Delhi has announced the admission schedule for the academic year 2025-26 for entry-level classes (under six years of age) in private, unaided, recognized schools in Delhi. This schedule is specifically for open seats, excluding EWS, DG, and CWSN categories. According to the official notification, the availability of admission forms and the start of the admission process will begin on November 28, 2024, with the entire process concluding on March 14, 2025. Parents will need to pay an admission registration fee of Rs 25, and purchasing the school prospectus will be optional.
"In order to conduct the admission process smoothly at the Entry Level Classes (below six years of age) in Private Unaided Recognized Schools of Delhi the following admission schedule along with instructions is issued for conducting admissions for the Open Seats (other than EWS/DG/CWSN Category seats) for the academic session 2025-26,” said the official notice.
Parents are required to submit their child’s information before the deadline. The first list of selected students will be released on January 17, 2025. Applications for open seats will remain open until January 3, 2025. The first list of selected children, along with scores, will be announced on January 17, 2025.
Following the release of the first list, from January 18 to January 27, 2025, parents will have the opportunity to raise queries or concerns regarding the assigned scores. If necessary, a second list of selected nursery students will be published on February 3, 2025. The admission process will officially close on March 14, 2025.
