CUET UG 2023 Exam Dates: UGC Announces Entrance Test Dates, Application Process Likely From Feb First Week
CUET 2023 Registration: The Application process for Common University Entrance Test or CUET UG 2023 will likely begin in the first week of February 2023.
CUET UG 2023 Exam Dates: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced the Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET-UG) examination dates. CUET UG 2023 will be conducted between May 21 and 31, 2023. The full schedule will soon be available at the official CUET website- cuet.samarth.ac.in. As per the notification released by UGC, the application process for the entrance test is likely to be started in the first week of February 2023.

The examination will be conducted between the 21st and 31st of May 2023.

The medium of examination will be in 13 languages- Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telegu, and Urdu.
The number of subjects and pattern of question papers will remain the same. A candidate can take as many as 6 Domain subjects in addition to one/two languages and the general test.
In addition to this, UGC also announced that CUET-UG results are planned to be released in the third week of June 2023 and those of CUET-PG in the first week of July 2023. The academic session is expected to begin from August 1, 2023, onwards.
CUET PG Expected In June 2023
CUET-PG 2023 is expected to be held in the first/second week of June 2023, and the tentative schedule of the same will likely be announced next week by the NTA. Moreover, the NTA is identifying around 1000 test centres across the country, out of which 450-500 centres will be used on each examination day.
What Is CUET?
Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a National Level Entrance Test for admissions to central universities. Until last year most central universities took admission based on class 12th marks or through their entrance tests. Now, the CUET score used for admissions to central varsities.
CUET is crucial to get admission to central universities, including Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Millia Islamia, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Central Univerity of Kerala, Sikkim University, Mizoram University, etc.
