CBSE Issues DigiLocker 6-Digit PINs For Class 10, 12 Students To Access Digital Marksheets: How To Access

The 6-digit codes will play a significant role for students to retrieve key documents like digital marksheets, migration certificates, and other official documents after results are declared.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the DigiLocker access PINs to Class 10 and 12 students before the declaration of the Board Result 2025. The 6-digit codes will play a significant role for students to retrieve key documents like digital marksheets, migration certificates, and other official documents after results are declared.

CBSE has already begun distributing these access codes, ensuring students can quickly retrieve their academic records via DigiLocker once results are declared. Schools are instructed to securely download and share the PINs with students, as the codes are mandatory for viewing and downloading certificates.

Steps for Students to Access CBSE Results via DigiLocker:

  1. Go to digilocker.gov.in/activatecbse

  2. Select your class (10 or 12)

  3. Enter your roll number, school code, and the 6-digit PIN provided by your school

  4. Complete verification and log in

  5. Link your Aadhaar (if not already linked)

  6. Navigate to ‘Pull Partner Documents’

  7. Select the year and type of document

  8. Click ‘Get Document’ to download and save it in your DigiLocker

Students who haven't received their PIN must contact their school. CBSE will also send login details via SMS to registered mobile numbers.

Steps for Schools to Download DigiLocker PINs:

  1. Visit digitallocker.gov.in

  2. Select ‘Login as School’

  3. Use CBSE LOC credentials to log in

  4. Click on ‘Download PIN File’

  5. Choose Class 10 or 12

  6. Share each student’s PIN securely and confidentially

In a recent advisory, the CBSE stated that it has provided student-specific DigiLocker access codes to schools via their DigiLocker school accounts. Schools are required to share these codes individually with students to maintain secure and private access to their digital academic documents.

As per the official update, the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results for 2025 are in their final stages of preparation and will be announced shortly. Once declared, students can view their results on the official websites: results.cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and cbse.gov.in.
