Bihar STET 2023 Registration Notification Released: Interested candidates can apply online on bsebstet.com.

The Bihar School Examination Board has released the notification for the Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) 2023. According to the released notification, the registration process for STET 2023 will commence today, August 9, starting from 4:30 pm. Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to complete the Bihar STET online application form 2023 via the official website, bsebstet.com. The final date for submitting applications for STET Bihar 2023 is set for August 23. The STET 2023 examination has been scheduled to facilitate the recruitment of teachers for secondary and higher secondary levels. Paper 1 will cater to secondary-level teachers, while paper 2 will focus on senior secondary teachers.

The application fee structure for candidates varies based on their category. For general, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Backward Classes (BC), and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) candidates, the fees are Rs 960 for paper 1 and Rs 1,440 for paper 2. Meanwhile, Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will need to pay Rs 760 for paper 1 and Rs 1,140 for paper 2.

According to the STET exam pattern, the question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying one mark. Notably, there will be no provision for negative marking. The examination format will be in the form of a Computer Based Test (CBT), with a total duration of 2.5 hours.

To successfully complete the Bihar STET 2023 application form, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of Bihar STET, bsebstet.com.
  • Click on the registration link provided on the website and proceed to register yourself. 
  • Pay the required application fee as per your category and the paper you are applying for (paper 1 or paper 2).
  • Fill out the application form with accurate and complete details. 
  • Upload the required documents, such as your photograph, signature, and any other documents mentioned in the application form.
  • Before submitting the form, review all the information provided to ensure its accuracy.
  • After reviewing, if all the details are correct, you can proceed to submit the application. Once submitted, you will be able to download a copy of the completed application form for your reference.
