Alliance University Invites Applications For MBA Admissions; Apply By November 30

Alliance University in Bangalore is now accepting applications for its two-year MBA program, which offers specializations in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and International Business.

Alliance University is now accepting applications for its full-time, two-year MBA programme for the upcoming academic year. Dedicated to fostering leadership and innovation, the programme features a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare students for success in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

The MBA programme offers specialisations in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and International Business. Eligible applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Additionally, valid scores from national-level management aptitude tests such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, KMAT, or the Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) are required.

The selection process includes multiple criteria: academic performance, entrance test scores, an Oral Extempore Presentation, and a personal interview. For the Oral Extempore Presentation, candidates will deliver a three-minute talk on a specific topic, evaluated on content, relevance, and clarity. The personal interview will further assess the candidate's personality and fit for the programme.

The application deadline is November 30, 2024, for both the January and July intakes. Alliance University provides various scholarship opportunities, including merit-based scholarships that offer tuition fee waivers of up to 50% for outstanding academic performers. Additionally, category-based scholarships are available for SC/ST candidates, differently-abled students, and sports achievers.

The MBA programme includes a mandatory internship component, typically lasting 8–10 weeks, with a 100% internship placement rate. Last year, students were offered 1,755 internship opportunities and 2,926 full-time roles, achieving an average placement rate of 89.8% for full-time positions. Graduates secure roles in diverse sectors like finance, marketing, operations, and human resources, with top recruiters such as TVS Motor Company, ABB, and Reliance Jio actively hiring.

Alliance University maintains strong partnerships with leading Fortune 500 companies, including 3M India, Aon Consulting, ANZ, Bosch, CBRE, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, Gallagher, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Nestlé, Oracle, PwC, Reliance Industries, SAP Labs, Samsung Electronics, Siemens, Schneider Electric India, Stellantis, Target, Toyota Motors, Volvo, and Walmart. Collaborations with Infosys, CPF India, NHRD, and CII further enhance student learning and career prospects.

Over the last two years, 45% of regular recruiters have returned to campus, with significant opportunities across BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), retail, core manufacturing, services, and IT sectors.

The programme's alumni have excelled across industries, holding leadership roles in top organizations, particularly in IT, marketing, consulting, and finance, highlighting the MBA's emphasis on leadership and industry relevance.
