Children's Fight Escalates Into Violent Clash In Rajasthan, 7 Injured

Police intervened, pacified the situation, and launched an investigation, registering a case against involved parties.

Tension erupted in Rajasthan's Deeg district on Wednesday night after two groups clashed with each other over a children's fight. At least 6 to 7 people from both the sides were injured in the clash. 

On being alerted, the police reached the spot and pacified the situation. 

Head constable Prayag of Nagar police station said that there was a dispute between people of two parties late on Wednesday night, after which he reached the spot and pacified the matter, reported ETV Bharat. 

A woman has been seriously injured in the clash and many people have been wounded, he said. 

Taking the matter seriously, investigations are being conducted on both sides. One side is from Semla village and the other side is from Hatiyaka village, as per the report.

Initially, there was a quarrel between two children which soon escalated into a violent clash between the two groups. Both parties climbed on the roofs of the houses threw glass bottles and pelted stones at each other.

A woman from one side was seriously injured and was taken to the district hospital. 

A case has been booked by the police in connection with the matter and further investigation is underway.
