The head constables Sudhakar and Rajkumar, posted at the Patparganj Industrial Area, were held for accepting Rs 10,000 bribe, out of a total bribe amount of Rs 50,000.
According to the officials, SI Yadav was booked for allegedly demanding Rs 3 lakh bribe in return for a favourable action-taken report in a case filed at Saket court .
CBI alleged that the bribe amount was reduced to Rs 2.5 lakh after negotiations.
"He was caught red-handed receiving the bribe," the officials said.
CBI Laid Trap To Nab Head Constables
CBI also regsitered a separate case against Sudhakar and unidentified officials of the Delhi Police's Special Staff, under which the head constables were arrested.
The complainant said that four persons came to her shop in civil clothes and two of them introduced themselves as members of Delhi Police's Special Staff, Anand Vihar.
They further demanded Rs 50,000 from her as bribe in exchange of not implicating her name in a court case.
"After negotiation, accused agreed to accept Rs 11,000 as part payment from the complainant," PTI reported citing a CBI spokesperson.
