In the video, Krishnan says, “Namaskar, mera naam Pradeep Krishnan hai. Mera first officer ka naam Bala hai. Hamara lead ka naam Priyanka hai. There might be turbulence, so please wear your seat belts, and I will wear mine too. Thank you).”

In the caption of the video, he shared that a passenger on his Chennai to Mumbai flight requested that he make the announcement in Hindi, and he tried. “A very sweet passenger asked me to make an announcement in hindi. indha vechuko!!!!! I genuinely tried,” he wrote in the caption of the post.

Netizens Reaction:

One of the internet users wrote, "Very smart...You have proved that South Indians can speak Hindi apart from our regional languages. Every Indian should learn languages, where they stay..and be proud of the state they live in...Thanks to the pilot for announcing in Hindi."

“You should have taken a video of passenger's expression... Missed it... I wish I was there in this flight,” added another user.

“Wonderful attempt and really appreciate it. It's okay to make small mistakes for non-native speakers but his efforts should be appreciated rather than making fun of it,” wrote another user.
