Haridwar News: The 31st Sanyas Diwas was recently celebrated at the Yoga Bhavan auditorium in Patanjali Wellness, Haridwar, with a Navratri Yagna, Vedic rituals and Kanya Pujan. On this occasion, Acharya Balkrishna garlanded Swami Ramdev and offered his best wishes.

Addressing the event, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said that India is the land of Sanatan culture, Rishi-Vedic tradition, Ram-Krishna, Mother Bhavani and Adi Shakti. Therefore, slay the demons of darkness and negligence, destroy all negative thoughts and establish the character and dignity of Ram within yourselves.

Sannyasi Should Give Prosperity, Culture To Nation: Baba Ramdev

Addressing the event, Swami Ramdev said he has completed 30 years as a Sannyasi and is entering the 31st year of his Sannyasi life. He said that a Sannyasi has only one duty — to discharge the Rashtradharma, Sevadharma, and Yugadharma through Yogadharma, giving this nation prosperity and culture along with health. Therefore, Patanjali Yogpeeth is continuously ascending the steps of culture-based prosperity.

Baba Ramdev washed the feet of the girls on the occasion of Navami, fed them and received their blessings. Ramdev Baba also spoke about maintaining the dignity of Indian Sanatan culture and establishing positivity within oneself.

Meanwhile, Acharya Balkrishna said in the programme that Baba Ramdev, by taking Sannyas, has given glory to Indian culture, tradition and values to the whole world and made the glorious tradition of India known to the whole world. He said, "Navratri holds a special place in Indian culture, tradition and Sanatan Dharma. May Mother Bhagwati bless everyone, may there be auspiciousness, health, prosperity, happiness and joy in everyone's life."

Acharya Balkrishna said, "With Kanya Pujan, let us conquer our vices, evils, bad habits and demonic nature. The sacred Navratri is a part of India's rich culture and tradition, it is our duty to make it sublime and scientific."
