Commercial LPG And Jet Fuel Rates Increased. Check The New Prices At Different Cities
IOC, BPCL, and HPCL adjust the prices of ATF and cooking gas on the first day of each month, based on the average international benchmark fuel prices and foreign exchange rates
ATF rates:The price of jet fuel, also known as Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF), was increased by 2 per cent on Thursday, in the latest monthly revision that aligns with international oil price trends. According to a notification from state-owned fuel retailers, the ATF price in the national capital was raised by Rs 1,827.34 per kilolitre, or 1.9 per cent, bringing the new rate to Rs 97,975.72 per kilolitre.
This marks the second consecutive monthly increase in jet fuel prices. On July 1, ATF prices were raised by 1.2 per cent (Rs 1,179.37 per kilolitre) following a significant 6.5 per cent (Rs 6,673.87 per kilolitre) reduction on June 1. In Mumbai, the ATF rate was increased from Rs 89,908.31 per kilolitre to Rs 91,650.34 per kilolitre.
Prices for jet fuel vary across states due to differences in local taxes.

LPG rates: In addition, oil companies have raised the price of commercial LPG by Rs 6.5, setting the new rate at Rs 1,652.50 per 19-kg cylinder. This increase comes after four consecutive months of price reductions, the most recent being a Rs 30 cut per cylinder on July 1. Over the four-month period, the rates were reduced by Rs 148 per 19-kg cylinder.
As of now, commercial LPG costs Rs 1,605 per 19-kg cylinder in Mumbai, Rs 1,764.50 in Kolkata, and Rs 1,817 in Chennai. The price of cooking gas used in domestic households remains unchanged at Rs 803 per 14.2-kg cylinder.
State-owned companies, including Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), adjust the prices of ATF and cooking gas on the first day of each month, based on the average international benchmark fuel prices and foreign exchange rates.
Meanwhile, the prices of petrol and diesel have remained stable. Rates were reduced by Rs 2 per litre in mid-March. Currently, petrol is priced at Rs 94.72 per litre in Delhi, while diesel costs Rs 87.62 per litre.
