New Toyota Innova Hycross Hybrid To Give More Than 20kmpl Mileage?

Toyota is readying its next big product for India and of course, it is the Innova Hycross which will make its debut by November 25. This is the new generation of the Innova and will replace the Crysta as it moves to a hybrid line-up. As said earlier the new Innova Hycross will come with a hybrid powertrain similar to the Hyryder but with a bigger 2.0l petrol and more power. The new Innova Hycross will have a 2.0l petrol as standard while the hybrid version will sit higher.

While the new Innova Hycross will lose out on a diesel, the hybrid powertrain will result in high fuel efficiency. Hence, the new Innova Hycross would be a lot more efficient than the current Innova petrol with the hybrid version expected to give more than 20kmpl in mileage. That will make it one of the most efficient MPVs around, especially for a car of this size since the new Innova is even bigger than the current one.

The hybrid version would be expected to be the best seller for its efficiency while the headline-grabbing efficiency number will no doubt be a USP for the car. As reported earlier the new Innova Hycross is a huge change from the previous Innova Crysta which would be sold alongside the new one too. The platform is new along with the new generation Innova Hycross being more luxurious with features not found on the current one.

The new generation Innova is also bigger and will be expected to be a better luxury car with comfort-oriented dynamics along with premium features like a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, captain seats and more.

Toyota will unveil the car soon and the prices will be revealed next year at the Auto Expo 2023 where Toyota is participating.
