Skoda Kodiaq And Superb Coming To Bharat Mobility Plus Elroq
The new Superb looks more sleek and is more modern while it will share many interior plus powertrain components with the Kodiaq.
Skoda is bringing loads of new products to the Bharat Mobility Global Expo with many of its global offerings. One such is the new generation Kodiaq SUV which would replace the current version in India. The new Kodiaq has a lot more tech and is more sleek along with more space too. It is much bigger now and will come with a 7-seater option in India. Inside, the new Kodiaq will get more technology with a larger touchscreen plus a new digital instrument cluster.
The engine option could remain the 2.0l turbo petrol unit while AWD would also be offered. The new Superb will also make its way here but we will get the Kodiaq first here. The new Superb looks more sleek and is more modern while it will share many interior plus powertrain components with the Kodiaq. While the new Superb would most likely be imported into India with low volumes given how demand for large sedans have dried up.
Interesting concept would be the Elroq which is a mid size electric SUV designed to compete with the likes of the Tata Curvv as well as the Hyundai Creya electric. The Elroq looks compact but has muscular design along with the new Skoda design language. UIt is around 4.5m while having three battery packs. Skoda could evaluate the Elroq for the Indian market with a showcase at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Finally, the Vision 7S concept would also be there at the Skoda Pavilion.
