Hyundai has revealed that it will showcase it's Staria MPV in India and it could even launch it here while for now it would be on display only while the Creta electric would be launched. The Staria is a massive full sized luxury MPV with many seating options along with lots of features. The styling is futuristic with the pixelated theme while the shape is an MPV with a focus on space. The interiors are large and airy with a digital instrument cluster and a large touchscreen too.
There are 6 or 9 seater options with the captain seats for the second row along with a relaxation mode plus passenger walkin feature, heated/cooled seats at the second row and rear climate control too. The driver can also keep an eye at the second or third row via the touchscreen. The Staria also has a shift by wire system which frees up more space for storage. Globally the Staria comes with a lot of technology and features including ADAS and more.
The Staria has a hybrid system too which brings in more fuel efficiency. There are diesel and petrol options too. For now there are no firm launch plans but Hyundai displaying the Staria would be to gauge feedback in India about this car. The Staria could be an interesting new product since it looks futuristic as well as being spacious too. Currently the premium MPV space has been increasing in sales and also getting more contenders while this could be an interesting option if launched here.
