Kia Carnival 2024 Limousine Unveiled In India. Here's The First Look

With a length of 5155 mm the Carnival is huge but has more presence than the van-like earlier gen model

Kia has launched the new generation Carnival in India and it comes as a CBU import which explains the Rs 63.9 lakh price-tag. This is the new Carnival and here, it is even larger than the earlier generation model which was fairly successful in India. With a length of 5155 mm the Carnival is huge but has more presence than the van-like earlier gen model.

The wheelbase is long as well at 3090 mm. All of that goes to the space insider where there is more tech now too. The LIMOUSINE+ model has second row relaxation seats which are powered along with offering ventilation too along with heating/extended rest/passenger walkin/recline.

The engine continues to be a 2.2 litre diesel engine with 193 bhp and 441 Nm, while an 8-speed automatic is standard. In some markets, Carnival is offered with petrol which we think should have been an option in India. Interestingly it makes less power than before despite its bigger dimensions.

The new Carnival has a lot more tech inside out with a lot more luxury as well when compared to the earlier one while it builds on its strengths. That said, it is a lot more expensive now too and there is no petrol on offer. But, for sheer space at this price, there is little to rival the Carnival.
