John Abraham Launches Aprilia Tuono 457 At Rs 3.95 Lakh

Bollywood Actor and bike lover, John Abraham has launched the Aprilia Tuono 457 at Rs 3.95 lakh. This is the more affordable bike and is the naked version of the RS 457 which is upwards of Rs 4 lakh at Rs 4.2 lakh.

It has a different styling when compared to the fully faired sibling and has a sharp look which is seen with naked motorcycles. The engine is the same 457cc powertrain which develops 47.6 bhp and 43.5 Nm. It has a 6-speed gearbox and a slip assisted clutch along with a quick shifter.

Even the riding position is different from the fully faired version while the naked bike is expected to be having a handlebar placed higher than the clip on setup on the RS457. Braking is taken care of by disc brakes at the front and rear while it has a preload adjustable USD fork and a monoshock.

Compared to the fully faired version, the Tuono shows its engine off further and the riding dynamics while being the same would be slightly less extreme. Aprilia has priced it less than the RS 457 while helping it to compete with rivals like the BMW G310R, KTM Duke 390 others.
