Dr Ulupi Borah is a Distinguished Fellow at the Centre For Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS). She is an alumna of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, and Niigata University, Japan. Her expertise centres around the Indo-Pacific region, particularly Japan's security policies, maritime security and emerging technologies, with special emphasis on semiconductors.
