Election Commission has sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi seeking explanation for his comments on tribals of India in one of his speeches. Rahul Gandhi was addressing a rally in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol when he said that there was law, made by Narendra Modi government, as per which tribals would be shot dead.
