Tihar Jail Issues Notice To Convict of Delhi's Nirbhaya Gangrape Case
Asha Devi, mother of December 16 Delhi gang-rape victim: This should have happened long ago, Supreme Court had given the verdict in 2017. I have been struggling for 7 years now, but they haven't been hanged yet. Jail authorities have taken the right step. The death penalty to the four remaining convicts in the Nirbhaya gangrape case will soon be carried out if not challenged before the President within seven days, Tihar jail authorities said.
