Rahul Gandhi does not have the level to have debate with PM: GVL Narasimha Rao

addressing a press conference, Congress president Rahul Gandhi claimed that PM Narendra Modi is losing elections.
Reacting on this, BJP leader GVL Narasimha Rao said that this is Congress' frustration. Rahul Gandhi is scared that is why he moved south this time. Rao said Congress party has been soft towards terrorism.
