Catastrophic floods in China cause heavy damage

China may be trying to flex its muscle across the globe but it seems to be unable to save its own people from catastrophic floods. As many as 19 rivers are flowing way over the flood level breaking all the past records. An estimated loss of Rs 88,000 crore have been incurred on China because of these floods.
