When will debate on rapists end? | Seedha Sawal

After the gruesome rape and murder of a veterinarian in Hyderabad, debate on women security has once again been fuelled. The incident has evoked protests across the country with people demanding harsh punishment for the perpetrators. Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday asserted that the government is ready to make strict laws to stop such crimes in future.
