Weather conditions & its connection with La Niña | Master Stroke

Entire North India is in the grip of cold wave. Sunday was the coldest day of the season in the capital Delhi. Not only the hilly states like Kashmir, Himachal, Uttarakhand, but also Rajasthan and MP are suffering from severe cold. There is no hope of getting relief for the next three days. It is snowing heavily on the mountains and all previous records have been broken.
