UP Panchayat Elections: Voting for second phase today amid surge in COVID-19 cases

The second phase of panchayat elections is going on in Uttar Pradesh today. In the second phase, votes are being cast in 20 districts. Heavy security forces have been deployed at booths for peaceful voting. The COVID-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh are increasing rapidly.
